Summer 2026 Curriculum Pilates University at Sporty Pilates offers an intensive 6-week Mat + Reformer Teacher Training program, designed for aspiring instructors. Held on weekends, this 60-hour course encompasses 12 comprehensive modules covering anatomy, breathing techniques, safe practices for pregnant clients, and mastering precise form. Gain confidence in your teaching, voice, and find flow through music; certification is awarded upon successful completion including one private session, two classes of in-studio pilates, accomplishing test-outs(3), and completing the 60 hour course. Welcome to our university teacher training program! Please note that payments are non-refundable, and by purchasing, you are fully committed to our 60-hour intensive course that promises to be both fun and educational. University students can enjoy exclusive access to classes for just $15 each. Remember, punctuality is key but there is a 15 minutes late grace period every class is essential for completing your certificate. Be sure to book all 12 courses starting from your class!
